The Masters and Apprentices of Master Woo

The Masters

Master Woo began his learning based on the familiar tradition. Beside his ancestrals, he had other masters for many martial arts modalities and traditional chinese medicine.

Woo Tsao Fong, the grandfather on his father's side, doctor of traditional chinese medicine on the martial school, was his first master for martial arts, still in his earliest years of his life.
Ouyang Tsun Wei, the grandfather on his mother's side, doctor of traditional chinese medicine on the confucian school, gave him the first steps in the traditional chinese medicine.
His father, Woo Chen Hsiang, professor of literature and expert in taoist medicine, teached him chinese medicine and martial arts.
Woo Tien You, his older brother, became his master in the Shaolin Plum Flower Martial Arts, a very ancient modality of martial art.
His other brother, Yeh Chia You, teached him Chikung Swan Style, a northern Shaolin Art. This brother moved to the United States of America, adopting the name George Chia You Yeh, and graduated in engineering. As a scientist he made important contributions to NASA during the Apolo Mission. He is also the mentor of Being Tao, and guided Master Moo-Shong Woo in the application of ancient traditions to the modern life conditions and for searching felicity.
Master Moo Shong Woo learned Shuai-kiao (precursor form of Judô) with his brother Woo Chin Liang.
Another master, Tong Chin Long, who was an apprentice of Woo Tsao Fong, teached him lhe Wudang Shaolin Plum Flower.
His uncle Huang Huei Hong teached Judô.
Medicinal Tai Chi he got from his uncle Lai Chia Yin.

Other masters of  Master Woo are:
Wun Kong Sun from the province of Hunan - China, living nowadays in São Paulo - Healing Taichi-Chikung
Tsang Ting Chi (Taiwan) - Ancient martial art with sword
Suburo Takano, japanese master in Brazil - Kendo
Others masters for Kendo were, still in São Paulo, Tanigushi, and in Brasília, Ogino Kiuske and Maruyama.
Master Woo is grateful to Master Tanigushi, founder of the Seicho-No-Ie Church, for the spiritual part gotten from him.
 

The Apprentices of Master Woo

Thousands of people passed Master's Moo Shong Woo school, during fourty years, in them he teaches QiGong and Tai Chi Chuan at the Universal Harmony Square at EQN 104/105, in Brasília - Brazil.
Many of them practice with love and dedication what they learnt with Master Woo and take beneficits, having a more balanced physical and mental health. Some moved out of Brasília, but still continue prcticing regullarly.
Some of them got distinguished as special apprentices, working on their time to propagate the practice of QiGong and Tai Chi Chuan.
Herbert Dada Inocala, already a master for many years, was one of the first apprentices of Master Woo, and has his own academy, named Magka Isa.
Dr. Gustavo Volker Luedemann is also one of the first members of ACBC. Nowadays he teaches Being Tao - QiGong and Tai Chi Chuan, at the "Câmara Legislativa do Brasil".
The Jesuit Priest, João Manoel Lima Mira became a fervorous apprentice of Master Woo, taking the ideals of Being Tao to many countries.
Paulo Trindade, professor at the "Universidade Católica de Brasília", and Carlos Barreto, employee of "Banco Central", are also from the earliest apprentices of Master Woo. O spanish José Luis Peres, who developed Being Tao activities in em Madrid, and as beneficient action in jails in that country, has cultural interchange with the berberes tribes of Marrocos. Aristein Woo, son of the Master Woo, got this knowledge from the father, practicing together at the Universal Harmony Square. Today he gives Tai Chi Chuan classes at the "Universidade de Brasília".
Gino and Bispo (both Kungfu experts) are in the ACBC since its beginnings too.
